We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing & Events to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This position is exclusively for UAE Nationals. As the Head of Marketing & Events, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and overseeing high-profile events that align with our organization's goals and enhance our brand presence in the UAE market.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and engagementLead and manage a team of marketing and events professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellenceOversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of major corporate events and marketing campaignsManage marketing and events budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROICollaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectivesAnalyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategiesDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media outletsDrive digital marketing initiatives and integrate emerging technologies into marketing effortsEnsure all marketing and event activities comply with UAE regulations and cultural sensitivitiesReport on marketing and event performance metrics to senior leadership Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferredMinimum 10-12 years of experience in marketing and events management, with a proven track record of successStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teamsExcellent strategic thinking and analytical skillsProficiency in developing and managing marketing budgetsExpertise in digital marketing, brand development, and project managementOutstanding communication and presentation skills in both English and ArabicIn-depth understanding of the UAE market, culture, and business practicesDemonstrated ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns and high-profile eventsStrong network within the UAE business communityProficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision makingAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyUAE National status is required for this position This role is based in Abu Dhabi.
