About this role
POSITION PURPOSE The Dermatology Registration Coordinator is responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining the registration and scheduling process. Helps facilitate all aspects of Dermatology faxes, reminder calls, and referrals, scrubbing provider schedules daily, ensuring accurate time frames for appointments to maximize both provider and patient satisfaction. Ensures complete registrations in both EMR systems used. Maintains an organized and comprehensive workflow alongside the Dermatology Scheduling Coordinator under the supervision of the Patient Access Manager.
