About this role
The Program Leader supports the delivery of Family Camp and Access Adventures retreats, typically running 2–4 days at a time. This role is designed for short but highly engaged program sessions where flexibility, adaptability, and strong camper support are essential. Program Leaders manage activity sites, facilitate inclusive and engaging programming and may assist as cabin staff to create a safe, positive living environment. Flexibility on arrival times on Friday, Saturday 8am-6pm and Sunday 8am-2pm. Plus a weekend in advance of the session for trainings.
