DEVELOPMENT COACH *THIS IS A ON CALL POSITION (8am-4pm) Must be available within Monday thru Friday. POSITION DESCRIPTION DEVELOPMENT COACH COMMUNITY SERVICES DIVISION Melwood’s Vision: A world where people with disabilities are fully included. INTRODUCTION The Development Coach supports assigned group of individuals in Crossroads to promote independence and personal growth. The Development Coach will work cooperatively with other staff to ensure that there is an integration of recreation, life skills development, community integration and horticulture in each individual's experience.
