About this role
The Utility Coordinator is responsible for coordinating utility phases during pre-construction and construction activities. The role requires a proactive communication approach and excellent relationships with utility owners in the west-central Florida region. With supervision and guidance from the Senior and Chief Utility Coordinators, the Utility Coordinator is responsible for coordinating utility phases during design and/or construction phase activities: coordination, documentation and relocation of utilities such as water, sewer, gas, electric, & telecom facilities associated with public works, transportation, & private development projects. The role ensures that utility conflicts are identified early, resolved efficiently, and documented in compliance with state and local regulations.
