McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for Regional Radiology Supervisor for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients. Responsibilities include: Directs technical aspects, recommends and implements new general diagnostic procedures. Organizes, plans, and directs activities relating to patient services and procedures. Selects and trains clinic personnel and student technologists in radiographic equipment operation, patient positioning and quality assurance. Knowledgeable and proficient in fluoroscopy and Dexa services Evaluates employee performance.
