McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for NCS/EMG Tech for its Ames location. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients. Responsibilities include: Perform electrodiagnostic procedures in Clinic or Hospital. This will include operating electromyography equipment to assist physicians in conducting electrophysiological tests such as nerve conduction studies (NCS), muscle strength, & repetitive stimulation. Performs NCSs independently in routine settings. Explains the NCS test procedure to the patient. Scheduling patients for testing, etc.
