About this role
In this role, you’ll partner closely with operations and clinical teams to support Epic adoption, workflow improvement, and use of clinical technology. Your day-to-day work will include: • Providing one-on-one and group coaching to clinicians on EpicCare Ambulatory and related clinical technologies • Facilitating classroom and group training sessions for new and existing nurses and providers • Assessing knowledge gaps and clinical workflows, and implementing targeted learning and improvement interventions to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden This is not a purely classroom-based training role. You’ll spend a significant amount of time working directly with clinicians in real-world settings, helping identify and solve day-to-day workflow challenges as they arise.
