About this role
Located out of Langley, British Columbia, the Service Development Manager (SDM) is responsible for improving Service and Parts Operations in the region. Reporting to the National Manager, Field Service Operations, they will work closely with the Regional Manager, Dealer Business Managers (DBMs) and the service operations team to develop and implement strategies and tools to support growth. The SDM will analyze Retailer financial results as well as other relevant data, reports, and information to identify opportunities for Retailer profit improvement and business growth.
