We are currently seeking an attorney to join our Real Estate team that specializes in Land Use and Development. The ideal candidate would need to be adept at drafting and negotiating Purchase and Sale Land and Lot Contracts, Loan Documents, and development related documents such as Covenants and Restrictions, Easements, Development and Construction Contracts, Cost Share Agreements etc. Ideal candidates will have at least seven years of practice experience.
