GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Email and SMS Analyst position will focus on analyzing campaign and customer behavior data, uncovering insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making for lifecycle and promotional messaging. Support measurement, reporting, and optimization across our email and SMS channels. This position will be responsible for turning performance data into actionable recommendations that improve engagement, conversion, and retention, while abiding by all safety guidelines. Perform any other duties as directed by management.
