Step into the role of Marketplace Associate (Deliveries) and become a driving force in our dynamic operations. You will increase delivery platforms, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring sustainable platform growth alongside cost efficiencies. Your analytical experience and strategic insights will propel our business forward, benefiting all partners and creating lasting impact. You will report to Strategy and Project Manager and work onsite in the Bangkok Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Data Analysis and Innovation: Harness your analytical skills to uncover gaps and blockers within our platform. Develop and implement structural and solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improvement.Supply and Demand Optimization: Strategically balance supply and demand, ensuring seamless delivery of all orders. Your efforts will maximize outcomes and promote a growing marketplace for customers, riders, and merchants alike.Customer Experience Enhancement: Provide unparalleled service quality and speed, creating memorable experiences for our customers. Lead the charge in implementing and refining products to ensure smooth and satisfying interactions.Spending and Cost Management: Innovate to increase spending and projects, generating savings and reallocating budgets effectively. Develop strategies that ensure spending efficiency and business sustainability while maintaining exceptional service standards.Collaborative Success: Partner with local and regional teams to synchronize efforts and lead efficiency. Your collaboration and ensuring cohesive operations across all platform. What Essential Skills You Will Need
1+ years of experience at management consulting or tech company, with a focus on data analysis and project management.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field.Proficiency in Excel (can perform complex functions) and experience with SQL.Experience delivering clear, engaging presentations with proficiency in both Thai and English to communicate regionally.You have the passion and energy to excel in a work environment.
