Primary Function: The Controller is responsible for preparing and reporting financial performance results to meet internal and external financial reporting requirements, field inquiries and prepare periodic presentations of results. Assist the Director with preparation of financial plans, forecasts, budgets, and the maintenance of its fiscal records. The Controller has responsibility for ensuring effective financial controls. The position oversees the financial processing, reconciling and reporting for the company and several its subsidiaries in the US.
