About this role
Primary Function: The Shift Production Manager has sole ownership and responsibility for the success of his/her designated portion of the business which is referred to as a Unit; including coaching, developing, safety, customer service, product utilization, cost control, team development, staffing planning, personnel management and training, and compliance and regulatory control. This role is responsible for the planning, execution and analysis of production unit goals and objectives.
