The Journey residency is designed to see the next generation of church leaders grow personally, spiritually, and professionally. We believe that you were created on purpose and for a purpose! Allow us to come alongside you to learn what you were created for and what your next steps in ministry look like to get there. The Journey Residency is a two-year, full-time leadership training program designed to give hands-on experience working with one of the staff teams of the church, personal mentoring, and leadership training to equip emerging leaders who feel called to vocational church ministry.
The Residency is designed for adults ages 21-25 who are college graduates and called to ministry.
Term
There are three onboarding times throughout the year: January, May, and August.
