About this role
The Feed Mill Operator is responsible for executing feed production processes in accordance with established safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This position operates and monitors automated and manual systems for grinding, mixing, pelleting, and batching of swine feed formulations. The operator ensures accurate loading of finished feed into delivery vehicles and supports the intake, sampling, and storage of incoming raw materials. Responsibilities include routine equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, operational troubleshooting, quality assurance testing, and adherence to sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and compliant production environment.
