The Company is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team at our Newport News Facility in Newport News, VA. As a HRBP this individual is responsible for a broad range of activities to support the wider organization. This is a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, which requires an individual who can maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while meeting the needs of employees and managers. As a HRBP, this individual will work with the Senior Director, Human Resources to provide full HR lifecycle support to non-union managers and employees.
