About this role
This position serves as the Champion of the Customer Experience at Down Inc, a division of Eurasia Group, ensuring exceptional service for both external and internal customers. It is responsible for overseeing the receipt and processing of domestic and international orders, managing customer relationships to success, driving systems and process enhancement, and managing a group of customer service team members. Additionally, this role manages all order-related communications and collaborates with key departments including Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance. The critical role of the Customer Service Manager is to enhance the overall customer experience.
