About this role
The Holding House Load Tech position is responsible for loading market-age ducks at contracted producer locations for transport to the MLS Processing Plant. This role also supports the Holding House Manager by ensuring a continuous flow of ducks to the processing plant through the unloading of trailers, movement of ducks within the facility, and timely support of the Holding House Supervisor. The position plays a critical role in transferring ducks from barns to the live hang belt to meet processing demands efficiently and safely. Schedule: 2nd Shift, 5pm-1am (schedule varies)
