About this role
Schedule: Morning shift only (5:30am- 1:30pm (end time varies), rotated weekends Tasks: • Egg Handling: Washing and inspecting eggs, candling eggs, transferring eggs • Duck Handling: inspection of birds being shipped, separate culls, monitor wellbeing of the birds, and inspection of birds being shipped • Traying up incubator sets • Hatch pull and duck servicing • Production cleaning of all areas and equipment in the hatchery with proper chemicals and detailed cleaning. Washing of boxes, trays, plastic flats and baskets • May perform other tasks as determined by the production supervisor.
