About this role
The Holding House Production Lead supports the Holding House Manager and assigned Shift Supervisor in maintaining a continuous, efficient flow of ducks to the Processing Plant. This role provides daily leadership to Holding House staff, promotes Duck Well-Being and Five Domains animal welfare standards, and supports safe, efficient operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and biosecurity requirements.
