About this role
The Fitness Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all physical activities, classes, and programs for residents. The Fitness Specialist is responsible for establishing a Personalized Fitness Plan, for each resident, to promote the physical, social, and emotional health and wellbeing of each resident. The Fitness Specialist must help oversee all aquatic facilities programming, staffing, and maintenance.
