Job Description We are seeking an Account Manger to join our healthcare team serving employers and their members across our pharmacy services portfolio. You will be responsible for managing employer accounts and their associated members’ enrollment or participation in our various products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service, communication skills and understand how to collaborate with other clinical team members (nurses, medical assistants, and medical providers) and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Account Manager plays a vital role in educating patients about medication programs, compiling reporting for employers and managing the administrative tasks associated with each account.
