About this role

Make your mark at Boskalis Subsea Services as a HR Administrator based in Aberdeen. You will work as part of the Subsea Services HR Team acting as a first point of contact for HR related employee queries and provides administrative support to the HR Team across the employee lifecycle.

Your main responsibilities as a HR Administrator:

Maintaining employee recordsUpdating internal HR and related finance systemsManage onboarding and probation processesPreparation of HR Documentation across the employee lifecycleWorking with Payroll to provide relevant employee information and checksManaging HR inbox ensuring employee queries regarding HR issues are answered in a timely mannerFocal point for employee HR related queriesPreparing reports on HR dataRevising company policiesProviding employee benefit administration including monthly reports and liaising with external benefit providerYour Qualities

You can make your mark as a HR Administrator if you have:

Relevant business/administrative qualification (desirable)Excellent experience gained within an HR/Office environment (min 2 years)High level of Computer literacy with experience of office applications including Word and ExcelHRIS experience required, Workday experience desirableExcellent communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal and listening)Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team within a fast moving environmentProven experience of planning and organizing a varied workload with the ability to effectively deal with changing and conflicting demands What you can expect
