Support Technicians play a key leadership role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. They are instrumental in supporting the ongoing development and continuous training of Die Cast Operators to ensure high performance and operational excellence. In this role, Support Technicians are responsible for the safe and accurate setup of production dies, along with all associated ancillary equipment, for both automatic and manual die cast machines. Their expertise and attention to detail help ensure consistent quality, minimized downtime, and a strong focus on safety throughout the die casting process.
