About this role
As a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring high quality, patient centered care across assigned programs or regions in accordance with 245d regulations. The role combines clinical expertise with team management, supporting Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and direct care team members in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care. This position also requires traveling and program site visits.
