The Recreation Activities Manager serves as a dynamic operational leader responsible for overseeing daily recreation experiences, guest programming, group recreation initiatives, and front-line team leadership across the resort’s recreational operations. This role combines operational leadership, team development, creative programming, financial oversight, and luxury service execution. The Recreation Activities Manager acts as a Manager on Duty (MOD) for the recreation team, providing hands-on support, real-time decision-making, and leadership presence throughout the operation while ensuring all guest experiences are executed to the highest standards of professionalism, creativity, and service excellence. Compensation amount $63,000.00 annually
