About this role
Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is currently seeking a full time Case Manager for our growing Superior Futures for Youth program serving the Delta, Menomonee and Schoolcraft Counties. The case manager will provide housing stabilization and support to the areas homeless youth. This role focuses on Delta, Menomonee and Schoolcraft Counties and will work with clients from the age of 12- 24. Travel is required throughout the counties, and the right fit for this role will be able to travel up to 75 percent of the time. This is a full time (40 hours a week) , Benefit Eligible role!
