LSF is seeking a talented Delegate Agency Manager who wants to make an impact in the lives of others. The Delegate Agency Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the activities of all Delegate Agencies. Work also includes the coordination of Delegates’ training activities on the program’s Performance Standards and other applicable Federal, State and Local Standards. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Deputy Director and Head Start Director and is reviewed through conferences, reports, and program achievements. Participates in the HS/EHS Quality Assurance efforts.
