LSF is seeking a talented House Coordinator who wants to make an impact in the lives of others. The House Coordinator is responsible for the direct supervision of all support staff and daily programming activities provided during the course of their assigned shift, ensuring that ratios are met at all times. This position plans, coordinates, and ensures that all youth living in their assigned group home are actively working towards the goals set in their service plan. The employee is expected to take an active role in the development and fostering of therapeutic relationships between youth and staff to provide for effective treatment. They will maintain a flexible, organized and efficient work schedule. This is a direct care position.
