About this role
The Culinary Apprentice is responsibly for the preparation of items as specified on dining menus in a timely, professional manner. They must maintain equipment at all times, take inventory, and place orders for their assigned station. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to uphold and ensure company compliance with all resort and departmental policies and procedures.
