Job duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for all finance functions including the preparation and control of records and data stored
• data, unused forms, the accounting for and comparison of operational data and forms, and
• supervision of the inventory of gaming chips, the issuance of credit, the main Cage, satellite cages,
• and the count room.
• Supervises all aspects of the Finance department.
• Approves credit under internal control section 609a.4
• Plans, communicates, and implements procedures for the overall efficient operation of areas of
• Reviews internal controls, standard operating procedures, and the company's policies
• and procedures and ensuring the department is complying with the regulation.
• Responsible for coordinating the accurate preparation and distribution of the property's budget and
• financial reporting. Monitors and analyzes results of financial performance.
• Reviews Financial Statements, supporting documentation, gaming-related data and information
• through online and manual documentation.
• Oversees all aspects of the property cash and accounts.
• Responsible for maintaining department compliance with generally accepted accounting principles,
• State & Federal government regulations, and internal controls.
• Reviews staffing levels to maintain optimum levels of employment. Responsible for the oversight of
• all aspects of the development, interviewing, hiring, and evaluating of Finance department

Detailed descriptions of experience or educational requirements:
• Ten years' experience in casino accounting as a Controller or Financial Manager/Officer
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Graduate degree MBA with finance management preferred.
• CPA or other professional accreditation preferred
• Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification.
• Must complete all the necessary company training.
