About the Role:

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll own residential installations from start to finish. You'll lead the job, mentor your install helper, solve problems in the field, and ensure every system is installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
This isn't a "just show up and install" position. You'll be trusted to make decisions, represent our company in customers' homes, and play a key role in the continued growth of our Rochester team.

What You'll Do
• Lead residential HVAC installs from start to finish
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, coils, and related equipment
• Mentor and develop install helpers
• Ensure all installs meet code, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
• Perform system start-up, testing, commissioning, and final walkthroughs
• Troubleshoot issues and make real-time adjustments in the field
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Complete job documentation and material tracking accurately
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every job

What You'll Bring
• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience leading or taking ownership of install projects
• Strong understanding of system sizing, airflow, duct modifications, and installation best practices
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
• Desire to mentor and develop others
