About this role
The Universal Banker I (UB I) is a natural progression from the Teller position. In this role, individuals will have gained a deeper knowledge of our accounts, products and services. UB I employees will take a more proactive approach to advise to customers, make referrals as well as take an active role in answering more complex questions independently.
