About this role
At Lovett, middle school is one of the most dynamic and formative chapters in a student’s life. The Middle School Dean of Students is a pivotal presence in that journey - a visible, trusted adult who supports students, strengthens community, and helps create a school culture grounded in respect, accountability, and belonging. This role works closely with the Assistant Head of Middle School for Student Life to implement student conduct policies, guide restorative practices, support faculty, and engage meaningfully with families. It is a role for someone who genuinely loves this age group and understands what middle schoolers need to thrive.
