We're seeking a warm, engaging Middle School Chaplain who loves working with early adolescents and sees this developmental stage as a sacred opportunity for spiritual exploration and growth. You'll plan and lead weekly chapel services, teach religion classes, provide pastoral care, and help middle schoolers wrestle with big questions about identity, belonging, faith, and what it means to live a life of purpose.This isn't a role for someone who simply delivers sermons - it's for someone who listens deeply, builds trust with young people navigating complex spiritual questions, creates inclusive spaces that honor diverse faith traditions, and helps middle schoolers discover that their questions matter and they belong.
