This role presents an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with at least three (3) years of relevant experience in corporate law and real estate transactions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our lawyers on a wide range of corporate and real estate matters while contributing to the efficient operation of a busy practice.
