About this role
The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance and customer service to Sheehan Family Companies employees across all corporate and divisional locations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; maintaining end-user devices; and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations. The IT Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for IT inquiries, resolves or escalates issues as needed, and contributes to maintaining a secure and reliable technology environment.
