Your Impact
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a critical role in driving occupancy, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and bringing our communities to life.
You will:
• Turn prospects into residents through engaging tours and relationship-building
• Deliver a hospitality-driven leasing experience
• Partner with residents and your team to maintain a best-in-class community
What You'll Do:
Leasing & Sales Excellence
• Welcome future residents and guide them through personalized community tours
• Understand needs and match prospects with the perfect apartment home
• Build strong pipelines through follow-up and relationship management
• Close leases and achieve top-tier conversion results
Prospect & Resident Experience
• Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins with energy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate guest cards and track all leasing activity
• Ensure a seamless application, approval, and move-in experience
Renewals & Retention
• Proactively engage residents prior to lease expiration
• Negotiate renewals and support retention strategies
• Help create a community that residents are excited to stay in and invite others to do the same
Marketing & Community Engagement
• Support social, local outreach, and marketing initiatives
• Build relationships with local businesses and preferred employers
• Assist with events, open houses, and resident experiences
Community Readiness
• Ensure models, amenities, and tour paths are always show-ready
• Conduct inspections and submit service requests as needed
Administrative & Team Support
• Prepare leasing documents, files, and move-in materials
• Coordinate with maintenance and leadership teams
• Support resident services, events, and daily operations
What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A passion for people, service, and community
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Schedule & Work Environment
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and events
• Active role requiring walking tours and light physical activity
