Little is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer – Discipline Lead with a positive, hands-on, and collaborative work style to join our Charlotte, NC office. This role will support our goal of being thought leaders by generating innovative design solutions early in the design process and will play a key role in mentoring and developing staff. Experience may include project types such as education, civic/government, financial services, retail, office, interior renovation, high-tech/R&D, mission critical/data centers, and healthcare.
