About this role
The Equipment Reliability Manager will be responsible for defining and executing injection equipment reliability strategy to achieve overall injection equipment reliability goals and improve the customer experience with LSPI injection equipment. This role will function as the Business Process Owner (BPO) for Skid Maintenance and will own and manage processes and metrics related to injection equipment reliability, balancing many factors for optimal outcomes for LSPI and our customers, including investigating data from different sources to identify opportunities to further our overall reliability offering. It will collaborate with the Equipment, Commercial and the Quality teams. Receives guidance from the Director, Commercial and Technical Services. Role may include other duties as assigned.
