This role translates supply chain needs into scalable system solutions, drives requirements and design for enhancements, and leads testing and implementation activities to improve performance, data integrity, and user adoption. The position operates with limited supervision, determines appropriate methods and priorities for assigned initiatives, and guides business users and peers through change by providing clear recommendations and effective communication.
