Don't Just Float Through Your Career Search – Cannonball into an Opportunity with Us! The General Manager in Training (GMIT) Program is designed to develop future retail leaders by providing hands-on experience and structured training for college graduates and experienced professionals interested in store management careers. Participants are paired with a seasoned General Manager who serves as a mentor throughout the program. This mentor will provide guidance and on-the-job training focused on leadership, operations, and team development. The program is designed to be completed within 90 days, after which successful participants will transition into a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager role.
