About this role
The Senior Program Manager is a member of the Residential Department Team and, under the direction of the Residential Director, is responsible for managing program operations, including managing their assigned residential houses. Management duties include, but are not limited to, securing the well-being and safety of the residents as well as the hiring, terminating, evaluating, supervising, and training of the House Managers and other staff. He/she shall assist the Residential Director in ensuring the overall effective operation of Linwood Center’s residential programs following applicable Local, State, and Federal regulation agencies.
