About this role
The Contracts Counsel provides legal guidance and support related to commercial, vendor and real estate contracts, regulatory and compliance matters and other legal matters related to managing the Company’s business. The Contracts Counsel will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements that support the Company’s business, including customer service agreements, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, real estate leases, non-disclosure agreements and other agreements. The Contracts Counsel has strong expertise in contract law drafting and negotiation and the ability to work in cross-functional groups with internal stakeholders to assess risk and meet Company objectives.
