The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and analysis to ensure the accuracy of revenue, inventory, and cost of sales accounts across the Company’s retail stores, distribution centers, and e-commerce business. This role partners cross-functionally to support financial operations, process improvements, audit requests, and special projects while maintaining strong accounting controls and compliance. The position is based at Leslie’s Corporate Office in Phoenix, Arizona, and reports to the Director of Accounting.
