As an Administrative Assistant your typical day will impact in the following ways: • Under the direction of the team leader, the Administrative Assistant will provide dedicated support. • Performing clerical, administrative and other support activities assigned. • Formatting and editing reports, forms, policy manuals and other documents. • Handling travel booking, accommodations for leadership team. • Maintaining vacation and time off schedule for leadership team. • Facilitating submissions of expense and credit card reports as required. • Assisting with planning
