Schedule: 35-40 hours available. Typical hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM but schedule is flexible! Starting pay is $46.00/hour LifeStream is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to provide evaluation and services to the individuals we support. Job duties include: assessment, program development, staff training and progress review.
