About this role
We are actively looking for an Road Operation Specialist (M/F) in Tetouan to take on the following responsibilities:
Vehicle Logistics Transport Pilot ensures on-time delivery of vehicles to customers, maintaining product quality, maximizing transport efficiency, and minimizing inventories for the assigned flows.
For transport legs under Vehicle Logistics Transport responsibility:
Organize, monitor, and coordinate end-to-end logistics operations from Plants to Customers (Dealers, Fleet customers, etc.).Inform, challenge, and support problem-solving in case of deviations from the plan.Prioritize effectively to maximize overall performance.Proactively inform partners/customers about transport execution and manage change requirements.Challenge and support upstream partners during preparation to ensure transport plan feasibility.Monitor and report transport execution performance against contractual KPIs.Facilitate continuous improvement actions with partners (including implementation).Monitoring lead time adherence and communicating information to the Network (dealers, Key Accounts, NSCs, etc.).
Managing vehicle traceability in systems.Monitoring damaged vehicles.Coordinating special transport operations and launch plans.Processing transport and service orders and validations (PDI/vehicle enhancement).Key decisions associated with the role: Vehicle Logistics Transport will:
Approve the use of special transport (Spot Buy) to expedite vehicle delivery in case of special requests or lead time deviations, subject to manager approval.Approve the activation of alternative routes in case of capacity constraints, subject to manager approval.Prioritize vehicle shipments based on customer needs during transport capacity constraints.
