Lee Industrial Contracting is a 100% employee-owned company based in Pontiac, MI. We are seeking a CAD Designer to support industrial construction and fabrication projects through 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
Responsibilities
• Create and revise 2D drawings and 3D models
• Develop fabrication drawings, material take-offs, and cut lists
• Collaborate with customers, project teams, and fabrication personnel
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications
• Conduct occasional field measurements and site visits
Qualifications
• Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SDS2, Inventor, Revit, Tekla, or similar CAD software
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Drafting, design, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or engineering-related experience preferred
